Ninefolio is operated by Webuild Technologies SRL. By creating an account or using Ninefolio you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Ninefolio lets creators build a portfolio page. Building and previewing is free; making your page publicly visible requires an active subscription. If the subscription ends, the page goes offline — your content is kept and restored when you resubscribe.
You can try the editor as a guest without an account. Guest drafts are temporary: they are automatically deleted after about 7 days unless you create an account, which keeps everything you built.
We keep improving Ninefolio — features may change, be added or be retired over time.
Who can use Ninefolio
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ninefolio. If you use Ninefolio for a company, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
Your account
- Give us accurate information and keep your login credentials to yourself.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else got in, tell us right away via the contact page.
- One account per creator — don't share accounts.
Your content
- You keep full ownership of everything you upload.
- So that the service can work, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process (e.g. compress videos), and display your content — solely to operate and show your portfolio. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for short-lived backup copies.
- You confirm you have the rights to the content you publish (your own videos and photos, client quotes and logos used with permission).
- Your portfolio page is public by design once live — anyone with the link can see it and search engines may index it.
- We may remove content that is illegal, infringing or abusive, and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- Keep your own copies of your videos and photos — Ninefolio displays your portfolio and is not a backup service.
Our platform
The Ninefolio platform itself — software, templates, design and branding — belongs to us. Your plan gives you the right to use it for your portfolio, not to copy, resell or rebuild it.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, impersonation, malware, scraping of other users' data, or attempts to bypass the paywall or access other accounts.
Fair use
- The service applies rate limits and upload size limits (currently 50 MB per video) to keep it fast and stable for everyone.
- Automated bulk uploading, scraping or anything that degrades the service for others isn't allowed; we may throttle or temporarily restrict accounts showing abusive patterns.
Plans and payments
- Payments are handled by our payment processor over a secure checkout — we never see or store card numbers. Current prices are on the pricing page.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Profile → Subscription → Manage billing; your page stays live until the end of the paid period.
- The lifetime plan is a one-time payment, never renews, and keeps your page live for as long as Ninefolio operates.
- We may change prices with advance notice. Changes never affect a period you already paid for, and never affect an already-purchased lifetime plan.

Liability
The service is provided "as is" — we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for business outcomes of your portfolio. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Portfolios are created and controlled by their creators. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any unlawful use of the service or of a portfolio — by its creator, a visitor, or anyone else — or for the content a creator publishes. Responsibility lies with the person who acted.
Suspension and termination
- You can stop using Ninefolio and delete your account anytime.
- We may suspend or restrict an account immediately, without prior notice, while we investigate suspicious activity — suspected fraud, unauthorised access, security attacks, payment disputes or chargebacks, or content that appears illegal or infringing.
- We may terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms, create legal risk for us, or harm the service or other users. Where reasonable we'll warn you first — but for serious violations (fraud, illegal content, attacks on the service) we may terminate without warning.
- If your account is terminated for cause, your page goes offline and any remaining subscription time is not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
- If we ever close your account without cause or discontinue the service, we'll refund the unused part of what you paid (for the lifetime plan, a fair pro-rata amount).
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on a Ninefolio portfolio infringes your rights, report it via the contact page with the page link and details of the work infringed. We review complaints promptly and remove infringing content. Repeat infringers lose their account.
Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you published or your breach of these terms — for example a copyright or brand dispute over your videos — you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result, to the extent permitted by the law of your country.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of our place of establishment. If you're a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in still apply.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
The fine print
- If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- Not enforcing a term once doesn't mean we waive it.
- Your plan is personal — it can't be transferred or resold without our consent. We may transfer these terms as part of a sale or restructuring of the business.
- These terms, together with the policies they link to, are the entire agreement between us about Ninefolio.
