Cancelling
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment — there's nothing to cancel.
- You can cancel anytime — no notice period, no questions: go to Profile → Subscription → Manage billing and click cancel. It opens our payment provider's secure billing page. If anything goes wrong, email us via the contact page from your account address and we'll cancel it for you.
- Your page stays live until the end of the period you already paid for, then goes offline. No further charges after that.
- Nothing is deleted on cancellation: your content stays saved and your page comes back if you resubscribe.
Refunds
- If something went wrong — double charge, technical failure on our side, accidental renewal reported within 14 days — contact us and we'll refund it.
- Partial periods already used are generally not refunded, but tell us what happened via the contact page — we're reasonable.
How to request a refund
- Write to us via the contact page from your account email.
- Tell us what happened, and if you have them, the approximate payment date and amount.
- We reply within a couple of business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
This policy may change; the current version always lives on this page. Changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you already made.
