Delete your content
You can delete individual videos, photos and texts anytime from your dashboard — files are removed from storage immediately, not just hidden.
Delete your account and all data
To permanently delete your account, portfolio page, and every file we store for you:
- First, cancel any active subscription (Profile → Subscription → Manage billing). Deleting your account does not cancel it by itself — see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Then send a request from your account email via the contact page with the subject "Delete my account".
- We verify the request belongs to the account owner and complete deletion within 30 days (usually much faster). You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.
- Deletion covers: your login, profile, portfolio content, uploaded media in storage, and subscription linkage. Invoices may be retained where required by tax law.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged automatically within 90 days.
Guest drafts
Portfolios built as a guest (without an account) need no request at all — they are deleted automatically after about 7 days, including all uploaded files.
